I am a dedicated researcher and engineer with extensive experience in research, teaching, and technical innovation. My journey began at Dhaka University of Engineering Technology in Gazipur, Bangladesh (2012–2017) where I served as a Teacher Assistant. In this role, I supported professors with research work, contributed to writing research papers, and taught Mathematics to undergraduate students.
I then advanced my career at Iwate University in Morioka, Japan. From 2017 to 2020, as a Research Assistant, I contributed to various research projects, managed the university laboratory, and mentored undergraduate students in their research endeavors. Building on those experiences, I transitioned into a Post-doctoral Researcher role (2020–2022) at the same institution. During this period, I focused on flutter analysis of rocket engine turbine blades, collaborated with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) on pioneering research, and was actively involved in authoring technical papers.
Currently, I am working as a Research Engineer at Innovative System Solutions in Morioka, Japan (2022–present). In this role, I engage with stakeholders to understand and define their technical requirements, develop innovative solutions, and plan product development strategies that include testing and validation. I am also responsible for managing commitments and collaborating with multiple departments—such as mechanical design, software development, product manufacturing, and testing—to achieve technical development objectives.
This cumulative experience has not only refined my technical expertise but also enhanced my ability to collaborate across diverse teams and bring innovative solutions from concept to reality.
